Ida Carolina Edit, born July 10, 1987 in Gothenburg, Sweden, is a Swedish singer and songwriter. Edit starred in the 2007 SVT Series Up to struggle as an actor in the role of Britannica and emerged in 2008 as the opening act for Marit Bergman. She has also been the opening act for artists like Titiyo and Kris Kristofferson. 2010 she released her debut album Standing Here at Universal Music Group in a more acoustic singer-songwriter style. Then she began to experiment with their songs, they built their own studio and went on to a tougher, more synth pop-embossed style for their second album, Thousand Shall Not Be A Pussy (2014), a style she felt was more in line with her personality. She has performed live in several media, including SVT (The royal wedding), TV4 (Nyhetsmorgon), SR (Musikhjalpen) and ZTV. In 2013 she wrote the music for the feature film Love and Lemons.
