Real Name: Marcella Ovani, Veronica Rubino, Dominique Fidanza, Roberta Ruiu & Marta Falcone Profile: Lollipop, a girl group from Italy, were formed in 2001 on the international television sensation Popstars (originated in New Zealand), a precursor to the Idol shows. They sang in English and Italian and were very popular in Italy. In spring 2004 the band announced they would no longer perform together, instead pursuing individual careers in music and television.
